Privacy policy

This website is run by Dominion Lending Centres Homestead Financial, licensed in Ontario as mortgage brokerage #11711. In short, it collects very little about you.

What this website collects

• No forms, sign-ups or accounts. There is nothing on these pages for you to submit.
• The calculator and the fit check stay on your screen. What you type is worked out in your own browser, never sent anywhere, and gone when you close the page.
• Standard server records. Cloudflare, which hosts the website, keeps routine technical records (for example, which page was loaded and when) to keep it running and secure.

The estimate buttons

The estimate buttons all lead to a short form on reversemortgagebroker.ca, also run by the brokerage. Anything you type into that form falls under that site's privacy policy. The link adds a short tag showing the visit came from ReverseMortgageMilton.ca and which page you clicked from. The tag holds nothing personal.

Emails and calls

If you write or call, your message is used to answer you and, only if you ask, to arrange a mortgage. The rules for licensed Ontario brokerages apply to it, and so does PIPEDA, Canada's federal privacy law for businesses.
