## General information only

These pages explain how reverse mortgages and other options work for Milton homeowners. They are not legal, tax or financial advice for your own circumstances. Before any reverse mortgage in Canada is signed, you meet your own lawyer for independent legal advice.

## Figures change

Rates, fees, home prices, tax rates and government programs change over time. Every page shows when its figures were checked and where they came from. The lender's mortgage commitment, based on its own appraisal, is what counts in the end.

## Estimates are not approvals

Anything the calculator, the fit check or the estimate form shows you is an estimate. A mortgage is approved only by a lender, once it has reviewed your application.
