This website is run by Dominion Lending Centres Homestead Financial, licensed in Ontario as mortgage brokerage #11711. In short, it collects very little about you.

## What this website collects

-   **No forms, sign-ups or accounts.** There is nothing on these pages for you to submit.
-   **The calculator and the fit check stay on your screen.** What you type is worked out in your own browser, never sent anywhere, and gone when you close the page.
-   **Standard server records.** Cloudflare, which hosts the website, keeps routine technical records (for example, which page was loaded and when) to keep it running and secure.

## The estimate buttons

The estimate buttons all lead to a short form on reversemortgagebroker.ca, also run by the brokerage. Anything you type into that form falls under that site's [privacy policy](https://reversemortgagebroker.ca/privacy-policy/). The link adds a short tag showing the visit came from ReverseMortgageMilton.ca and which page you clicked from. The tag holds nothing personal.

## Emails and calls

If you write or call, your message is used to answer you and, only if you ask, to arrange a mortgage. The rules for licensed Ontario brokerages apply to it, and so does PIPEDA, Canada's federal privacy law for businesses.
